Hi, my spouse is accompanying me on EE application and he has got two degrees: Undergraduate and Postgraduate (Master). Although he has only claimed the Master degree (which is the highest one) on the application, I'm wondering if he also needs to have an ECA for his lower degree (the Undergraduate one)? thanks!

Yes, in case his Masters is not evaluated as 'Masters' by WES ECA.

Thanks for answering! Well, he has already got the WES certificate confirming the Canadian Equivalency of his highest degree is Master. In this case, is a ECA for the undergraduate degree still needed?

No. That should be fine.
