Hello.

I'm intending to get my education credentials assessed by Comparative Education Services. My questions are:

1) They are saying to send official academic records,transcripts, mark sheets in sealed envelope directly from institute to CES.
By official does they mean original documents directly send from institute to CES or colored photocopies?

2) Also one of my friend has contacted university about the same they are saying that they would seal the documents in envelope and
will hand over to the applicant. So the applicant would submit the documents. So can a applicant send the documents in sealed envelope to CES?

photo copies duly signed and stamped by university in sealed envalop
you can send sealed envalop by your self after collecting form university (envalop should be sealed by uni)
