Hi, I completed a master's degree from IE in Spain and a 4-year bachelor's degree from the UK. I had my master's degree ECA assessed with Comparative Education Services from the University of Toronto. However, the outcome of the assessment was a one-year post-Bachelor diploma from a recognized university.
I can't actually find any information of what that means and if I can still apply to the Express Entry with my master's degree. I am applying as part of the Canadian Experience Class. The following options I have to choose from:

None, or less than secondary (high school)
Secondary diploma (high school graduation)
One-year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute
Two-year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute
Bachelor's degree OR a three or more year program at a university, college, trade or technical school,
Master's degree, or professional degree needed to practice in a licensed profession
Doctor level university degree (PhD)

I would appreciate any of your advice on what to do!

My 4-year degree is not assessed at all. How much does that bring down my points then? If I was to apply with my master's degree I have 471 points.
Like this says post-Bachelor's diploma so this indicates that I have a bachelor's degree.
I didn't even know this was a possibility. Would this count to the same number of points if I was to do a one-year certificate?

So you only count your current ECA as one year program. It is not equivalent to a Masters so you don’t get points for it. If you want to increase your points (2 or more diplomas) then you need your 4-year degree assessed as at least a 3 year equivalent degree.

The problem is that my current open work permit expires on August 28th 2020 and I need to get in the pool way before that. It took them 25weeks to send me back this accreditation I don't know how long the bachelors will then take. Do you know of any places that do it faster than this say in the next 3-4 weeks?
I'm panicking a bit now. Should I just put myself in the pool with the current ECA and hope I get picked while I wait for my bachelor's ECA?

But i do not have two diplomas accredited? Does that still count?
Do you have Canadian education? You need ECAs to count points for CRS. Just trying to understand. You have a Masters degree that was assessed as one year program. So that is what you include. You need your 4 year degree assessed to count as 2 or more degrees/diplomas which is more points.

No, I don't have Canadian Education and my Bachelors's is not accredited. Do you know of any institutions that do the ECA relatively fast?
So how many points is less if you have only one degree?
i don't know what to do, do I now even have a chance to be pulled out of the pool?

There is no fast ECA. WES is the fastest. You can try another group to try and get your Masters assessed as one like IQAS. Can’t tell you your points as I don’t know your profile. Use the CRS calculator. But you have ECA for one year diploma.

okay thank you, I will try to get my bachelor's degree assessed. In the meantime can I still apply with my current accreditation and points and hope to get picked from the pool?
Also if I do get the bachelor's accredited at the correct time before my visa expires and I am still in the pool will I be able to change my education level?

If eligible. Do you have 67+ points with only a one year diploma?

Sorry, what do you mean by 67+. if I go in the CRS calculator it says I have 411 points. are you referring to something else?
