Hello to all.

I am applying for academic qualification assessment for Canadian immigration through CES. i have confusion regarding the date to be entered in the award date field. there are two scenarios regarding Masters and Bachelors degree credential assessment.

1. I completed by 2.5 years Masters in June 2010 (2008-2010), Transcript was also issued bearing issuance date of June 2010. However, due to some reasons wasn't able to get the degree issued. I got it issued in 2016 (issuance date of Oct 2016 is mentioned in the degree). So what date should i enter in the Degree Award Date field? Transcript Date or the Degree issuance date?

2. Case 2 is for 4 years Bachelors Degree for session 2003-2006, transcript was issued in Dec 2007 and Degree was issued in March 2008. however, the original degree was lost and duplicate degree was issued in Nov 2016 with bearing the issuing date of Nov 2016. (The duplicate degree verified by HEC is being sent to CES). Now the question is if im supposed to mention Degree issuance Date as Award date, then should i enter the date from original degree or the duplicate one?

Response would be highly appreciated.

Regards,

I did my ECA from CES, use the dates that are mention on your Degrees/Transcripts as it won't matter much.

More over you will mention the length of the program that's what important.

If the officer at CES would have any queries he/she will contact you by email (that;s what happen wit me)

regards,
