ECA - Assessment For Express Entry

I have received my ECA Assessment From ICAS Canada, Where my Indian BSc. And MSc (Computer Science) degrees assessed as follows,
1) Bachelor's Degree (Three Years)
2) Post-Bachelor's Diploma (Two Years)

Could you please suggest what education level to select for CRS and how many points should it carry.
