ECA Assesment - Canadian equivalency 1 year Master's degree

Hi All

I recently received my ECA from ICES and in the report my canadian education equivalency was mentioned as 1 year Master's degree. Anyone know if this is any different from Master's degree without the 1 year mention ? My indian degree is 5 years integrated MS software engineering

As long as it's been rated as a master's degree from a recognized institution, it doesn't matter the length of time they included. They are all designated as master's degrees.
