I have a 3 year Bachelor of Exercise Science Degree from an Australian University. The year prior to the degree, I completed a Certificate IV in fitness at TAFE, for which my Australian Bachelors Degree Academic Transcript reads 24 Units of Advanced Standing, ungraded. Then one of the three years of my degree (2007 Semester 2, 2008 Semester 1) was spent on an exchange program in the United States, for which my Australian Bachelors Degree Academic Transcript reads two semesters of 48 units each of "Exchange Science - 4 Courses", also ungraded (See picture).

My questions are;
Do I need to provide transcripts from TAFE? (If I'm not attempting to claim the Cert IV as a "one year certificate)
Do I need to provide transcripts from the University that I studied abroad at?
P.S. Do you think a 1 year Certificate IV from TAFE, which is only graded with pass or fail, would qualify as a one year certificate, and thus second degree?
