ECA application with WES - trouble with getting transcripts from College HELP!

HI

I would be grateful if anyone could help me. I have just paid for an ECA with WES. I don't have a degree only a college qualification but as I attended the college many years ago the college state that they do not keep any records on file for me and the furthest they go back is 7 years. I have the original certificates for the NVQ and City and Guilds qualifications that i have but can't get anything from the college. What exactly do they mean by transcripts? I have the details of everything I studied during the course with the grade I achieved which comes on a separate sheet from the exam board, will this be acceptable if i send them this?
Is there anything else that I can do? I have emailed WES but not had anything back from them and its been 2 days now. I am really hoping this is not going to stop my VISA application going through!
Any help or advice is much appreciated.

First of all please make sure that WES recognizes your college for issuance of their Evaluation.

You may ask your college to send photocopy of your certificate duly attested by college authorities in a sealed envelope to WES. It would be much better if your college forwards your documents along with there covering letter about the correctness / verification of your certificate.
