Is it necessary to close the account at exit? Still you can continue your account as normal savings account, right?

In case you open an account and transfer some amount from your current salary account to the new savings account. Then you may have to submit statement of both bank accounts and document for fund transfer proof as well. Yes. You can show the gift deed for the recent deposited money or document for the money from where it has been liquidated.

If it is sale of assets, you need the receipt/transfer note and cheque/DD/Fund transfer receipt.

You have to submit these documents only when you have amount in your account for less than 6 months

I've applied for transcripts in anna university. They got an A3 size envelope from me. Will they provide transcripts in that envelope or should we demand an official envelope from anna university??

Also for the wes and non issuance of sem wise certificate, will they issue in their official envelope??? Pls clarify. People in transcript section are very rude and doesn't have humanity. We don't understand the process. Please help.

Your A3 envelope will be returned to you. But that is not the sealed envelope. While returning to you, They keep Anna Univ's official sealed envelop+transcript+degree certificate copy in that envelope. You will get the official envelope. You don't have to ask. I asked for it mistakenly (without checking the pack) and heard response in their style(unpleasant way). Anna Univ uses your A3 envelope as file/holder to keep your documents when it moving around in their process.

Anna Univ's transcript is different. COE attestation is termed as transcript in many universities(I got for my PG). But in Anna Univ, they print transcript newly as similar to consolidated market sheet with your photo.

Say Eg: If there are 65 papers in BE. A student had some arrears. Those arrears will printed in all those semesters that he appeared and mentions Fail/Pass. So Don't worry about non issuance of semester wise

2. Anna Univ will give attested copies of Degree and Consolidate copy for WES
3. Anna Univ will give non issuance of sem wise marksheet certificate for WES

Doubts [please excuse if it sounds silly]

1. I should paste the transcripts envelope which is signed and sealed [scared to paste it so that there shouldn't be mismatch in sign and seal after pasting]??
2. Should I get a separate A4 size envelope for Point 2 & 3 mentioned above [200 + 200 DD] or I will get a signed and sealed official envelope from anna univ?
3. Regarding proof of funds - should i maintain 12300 CAD equivalent INR in my account before applying for express entry or it is enough to maintain before receiving an ITA [bit confused in this]
4. Regarding PCC, I found a sample from one of the threads. It shows the certificate being issued by Passport office. Should we apply for this through passport office or through the police station pertaining to my residential area?

It must match the sign/seal. It is not a big deal to paste it. I mean it's so simple. Why so? You will understand it when you look at the envelope.

Anna University don't provide sign/seal service separately. Not necessary... If you still scared, you can apply another set of transcript to get another envelope.

Simple thing is... Your accounts must have sufficient funds when you apply PNP or eAPR. If your score is good enough to get ITA or chances to apply PNP at shorter period after created EE profile, you must show the fund. Last moment deposits may require additional documentation.

Should we apply for this through passport office or through the police station pertaining to my residential area? TN residents can obtain their Indian PCC from PSKs. If your current address and the passport address are same, you are likely to get PCC on the same day.
