ECA and NOC related

Hi Guys,

I've got my IELTS score L-8 W-7.5 R-7 S-7

I am going to apply for express entry. I have completed M.E. Computer Science and Engineering. Which ECA agency will be faster and easy?? I chose WES... Is that a wise choice??

NOC

1. I have 1.2 yrs experience as programmer analyst in cognizant technology solutions
2. I am currently working for a bank as Assistant Manager for nearly 3 years

Which NOC should I choose? I saw a role as Assistant Operations Manager which suits my current role. Will that be ok? Please advice

Before apply EE, you need to have IELTS result(completed) and ECA (in process).

Being most of people's choice, you can go ahead with WES. I got my evaluation done in 30-35 days after sending them my transcripts.

Regarding NOCs, you can choose NOC-0211 for your bank job and NOC-2174 for you IT job.

Hello Sabharish,

You have to mention the IELTS and ECA document number in the EE profile. Therefore, you cannot create a profile until you receive ECA document and your IELTS result. You will enter your education level as per your ECA.

I am not able to understand point 1. What is Certificate of membership?

Hello Sabharish,

I mentioned your status in the parenthesis i.e., As of today, you have completed IELTS and ECA is in process.

You have to mention the IELTS and ECA document number in the EE profile. Therefore, you cannot create a profile until you receive ECA document and your IELTS result. You will enter your education level as per your ECA.

I don't find anything like that. It is normally applicable for the membership programmes.

For your ECA, you will need only the follwing

1. Degree Certificate (Final or Provisional)
For example: Bachelor Degree, Master Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Doctoral Degree

What you need to do:

For completed study, send a clear and legible copy of this document to WES. Do not send your original document.


2. Annual Statement of Marks/Official Transcript
This is an click here.

What you need to do:

Option 1

For completed, incomplete and in-progress study, ask the institution responsible for conducting the examinations to attest and send your documents directly to WES.

Option 2

If the institution gives you the document to send to WES, the document must be attested, dated, and placed in a Academic Records Request Form.This form will help you request your documents.

Important Information:

• WES only accepts documents attested and sealed by the designated official at the institution that conducted the examination (e.g. Controller of Examination or Registrar's Offices). Attestations by individual professors, officials at affiliated colleges, or external notary publics will not be accepted.

I thought that I should choose "Professional Education : Institute of engineers"

Yes. You have to choose University.

Are you registered MIE in Institute of Engineer? If yes, then you have to submit membership certificate and university transcript.

In your profile, You have only BE and ME. So you have to obtain transcript for BE and ME from Anna Univ and get evaluated by WES.

I have my BE with percentage calculation and ME with CGPA calculation. Should I get CGPA clarification certificate from Anna University for any of the degrees?

Controller of Examination office provides you the following

2. Controller attested on photostat copy of BE degree certificate
3. Transcript for ME

5. Sealed envelope

You have send it by courier. DHL is preferable. They charge Rs.3525. If they have student offer, courier will cost Rs.1900 only

Is it necessary to close the account at exit? Still you can continue your account as normal savings account, right?

In case you open an account and transfer some amount from your current salary account to the new savings account. Then you may have to submit statement of both bank accounts and document for fund transfer proof as well. Yes. You can show the gift deed for the recent deposited money or document for the money from where it has been liquidated.
