I have a CRS score of 432. Profile created on April 20th 2018. Bachelor's degree, Ielts - L-8,R-9,W-7,S-7. Can someone please help me with following queries:

1) Will the cut off come down and should I just wait for ITA through express entry?
2) Should I take IELTS again to improve my CRS score? A perfect 9 band in all the modules will get me to 441.
3) Should I start exploring PNP options?
4) Process of obtaining PNP is quite confusing to me. Will any province just pick my profile from the pool or should i apply through the particular province's website.?
Can someone help me understand the process of PNP because I do not want to apply through the agents.?

1. The best option, improve your ielts. You can easily get direct ITA. Seem quite talented.
2. Second option till then,
Choose oinp

Thanks @ashuindian for your moral boosting reply.
Increasing IELTS score in a short time seems a long shot, as Writing and speaking are the areas of improvement for me. And these two sections require lots of practice to improve. However, I have given myself 2 months of preparation time and I will be taking IELTS in July.

Coming to the second option, is Ontario PNP the only option or the best option for me?

Also, is there any dedicated thread discussing about the upcoming OINP draws or predictions/data/figures about Ontario PNP?
I am a newbie here and still figuring out my way around these threads and posts.

Hi

I think you should wait, the draw may come down to 432, see last year draw history, also make sure you select ontario in your profile as a province you want to go, if they send you an expression of interest (which they probably will, with that CRS) you can apply for pnp

good luck
Thanks @rurouni01 . I have indicated my interest in "All provinces and territories" in my express entry profile. I hope that should suffice.
How frequently do they send Expression Of Interest?
How can you say with surety that they probably will send EOI ? Are there any previous trend or statistical data to back it up ?
