So, with the recent turmoil that has been happening in Nepal,
I want to get my parents and Brother to Canada before they can go back when it's safer to do so.
I know my parents are fine under SuperVisa (I'm a PR) but what options are there for my brother?
I assume he will be allowed to stay in Canada for 6 months or less based on a visitor Visa.

Just want to know if anyone encountered this situation and have a remedy for this.

let me know
thanks!

He can apply to extend his visit to Canada once he is close to the end of his six month visit. Much like the visitor visa and super visa - there is never a guarantee the extension will be approved.
