hi guys i am 20 year-old woman

and planning to go to George Brown College.

after graduate, i would get a visa and get a job and work about 2-3 years I guess.

I did pre-scoreing and i got about 420-430.

I know this isn't competitive score.

But if i get a more score on English test part, then can i get a permanent residency?

Or if i have other ways to get permanent residency, tell me about it please, thank you!

420-430 is actually not a bad score at the moment. You'll stand a better chance If you can improve your language test results.
I'd suggest you go ahead and create an EE profile while you work on your language skills.

One thing you need to understand though, high score does NOT guarantee permanent residency. It only gives you a chance to apply for PR.
