eAPR online forms; shows problematic error for non-required fields

Hey all,

I am filling the online forms of the eAPR but for the fields that are not marked as "required" it throws "problematic" error. Is it how it's supposed to be? what am I supposed to do? Is it OK to write down NA?

In personal activity, when entering a military activity, the military rank is not marked as "required" but you cannot leave it empty.

I believe everything is required. Cannot leave anything empty.
If nothing applies, write Not Applicable
