EAP program

Dear seniors

Greeting and after.......i'm planning to study English for academic purpose which is the EAP program,note that i didn't set for IELTS test yet here in my hometown . will that effect my status for student visa approval ?
secondly i'm graduated with a bachelor degree in hotels management in 2007 but i am working now as a human resource assistant in an international worldwide company for more than one year and half . i applied in George Brown college in human resource management . will i get any troubles in my student visa status because of course or program mismatching to my previous study ?

thanks Dear J5M for your quick reply and your assessment . so my chance of approval is slim to none because of i didn't set for ielts test and also for program mismatching and that's what i should to change ? anyway i did mention in my sop about my current job as it's related to what i want to study there in GBC Canada and according also to my future job offer i'm going to change the whole of my field from hotels management to human resource management i thought it might be closer to each others.

Hello i also applied for EAP program and pre health program for what program is first study permit approved am confused on filling the IMM1294 form which asks level of study

I have offer letter from Humber college for English for Academic purposes, with pg diploma' program.
I am planing to apply pg diploma intake Sep 2019 with ESL intake Jan 2019
What are the possibilities to get a visa?
