The roles and responsibilites are as per my job profile in my organization and it is in line with 0213 requirements. This letter is issued on the Company's letter head and has company's seal. Also I have a visitng card of the under signed. I did little rewording of the R&R mentioned in 0213 just to make sure it does not look like copy and paste

Hi,

I have a question to clarify the NOC classifications? Does 2171 fall under 0213? I understand that the list of 38 NOC occupations include 0213, but not 2171; and I see lot of folks here applying with experience in 2171 category?

In brief, I am trying to understand if a candidate with 1+ experience in only 2171 eligible for immigration as per the new rules?

Your response will be greatly appreciated.

You need to have 0213 exp for at least 1 year to qualify. If you have 10 years in 2171 and not one year in 0213 exp you do not qualify

Here is how you calculate qualification:
Atleast one year in 38 occupations listed

For goodness sake, can maybe you guys read through the thread. Ankit has posted the letter twice already and people are still asking for it to be sent to them. It's a cut and paste job into a word doc. C'mon guys it is not rocket science.
