Each of Two or more Certificate or diploma or degree should be of at least 1 year?

Hi please help me know the following

I have a bachelor degree of 4 years and Post graduate certificate of 6 months.

Am I eligible for two or more certificates or diplomas or degrees or should each course be at least 1 year of duration?

Please help me

I have not applied for evaluation yet... I am wondering whether the pg certificate is valid or not... Someone please help me
