E-Status Changed to DM and Letter Sent,,,and Client Service Unit Reply

Dear All,

My e-status changed to DM and letter but it is more than one month I m waiting for the letter,,today I got reply from Client Service Unit...below are both my e-status & Client Service Unit Reply:-

I will look for some expert comment on this please.

E-Status:-

We received your application for permanent residence on June 4, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on October 13, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on April 23, 2012. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

And Reply by Client Service Unit:-

Dear Madam / Sir,

This is in response to your enquiry.

Your application is in process or waiting to be reviewed by an immigration officer. No further action is required by you at this time.

Our office will contact the applicant when a decision has been made or if further information is required. Immigration decisions and information requests are sent by post or email to the addresses provided in the application.


We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.

As you didnt get the letter, pl check your mailing address otherwise you could send a case specific inquiry to CIC that you didnt get the letter till now. So they will send you via email.
