Service Canada Centre and Passport Services Orleans is the only one I've read about in this same thread that is issuing the new one, though it seems to be inconsistent. I read about another location, can't remember exactly where, but I think it was it in BC
But recently two people got the old one from the same location. So there is no guarantee.
I don't know about Scarborough. I decided to apply at 74 Victoria location. Should be ready to pick up September 08th. I was really looking forward to get the "maple leaf one", but all I got was mismatched information.Anybody find out if the Scarborough location is printing new ones? Mailing an application to Orleans is kind of a shot in the dark

If I knew it, I would have sent my application to this Vancouver office, although it looks like applications by mail can be sent for just 3 locations: Gatineau, Halifax and Mississauga.
Mississauga is hit or miss? From Toronto, can drive by to apply in person for new one?

I meant that application by mail can not be sent to a preferred location, just to Gatineau, Halifax and Mississauga. If you want the new one, I wanted it too, you will need to travel to Laval, Vancouver, Ottawa, location where the "maple leaf one" is being printed etc...

We are all here talking about the new passport. Submitted my application 27 of February, 2023 and became citizen 25 of July.
