e-Medical not received

Dear senior,
I did my e-Medical 7 months before, CPP-Ottawa send the email, we didn't received your Medical. I contact with doctor He give the Proof of submission e-Medical through Online. I sent to them. But more than 1 month no reply.

I worried about that, anybody have a same problem, Have any possible do remedical ?

ask your doc to resend it just in case if it got lost somewhere . If you have not received email in 1 month they probably found it or will get back to you . There is no way to find out unless they dnt get back to you but to be on safer i would suggest to ask ur doc to resend it .

1) Contact MD again and explain situation. Ask them to contact CIC re med report.
2) Send follow-up e-mail to CIC explaining situation and attaching previous e-mail. Ask for clarification on how to proceed.
3) Call CIC contact centre and explain situation, while they may not be able to help by default, they may be able to contact another dept. under these circumstances.

Be pro-active.

I asked the Doctor Have any Possibility to Resend my medical report, He told there is no way to resend or re medical because IME No only once to upload your report through online.

I send email to CIC again, with Proof of e-medical submitted online. Hopefully they will find my Medical.

Did CIC finally get your medical results?

They find my Medical, I got Passport request On October 21, 2013.

Thats completely uncalled for. English is not everybody's first language. At least he/she is taking the effort to speak (write, in this case) in a foreign language.

And BTW, I have also heard many of the so-called "english speaking" people speak in the language which is officially their native language; absolutely deplorable that many of them cannot differentiate between tenses and pronounce or spell right.

It is always a good idea to send an email to Ottawa and confirm that they received medical results.

I completed medical about 9 days back and my ecas is still not updated.
