E medical expired

Greetings,
I have a visa but my e-medical expired before I could travel to Canada due to travel restrictions and COVID-19.
I got an email for CIC regarding it ,but I couldn't renew it , as panelled physicians are denying to book any appointment without an IME number..
Where can i get the IME number ?
Please help.

IME number is stated in the letter provided to you by CiC, for remedical. Have you received a letter from Cic yet?

Maybe try getting gcms notes or submit webform to know what the number is?
