Friends I need to lodge a complaint at CHCommissioner LONDON about a reply I have received from one of the CHC london staff.could you please help and give me the correct email address for him or the concerned department.

Please explain the situation then we suggest in the best way otherwise it may cause a danger to your application causer normally they do not offend any one ...if inquire are more than their expectation from the same applicant they stop replying ......
 
Yes, normally they don't offend anyone.....just give standard reply or specific based on case to case

I only sent 1 email more than a month ago asking about the procedure to request copy of application forms and any original documents as I have lost all my originals and copies of forms while shifting.

After waiting for more than a month i sent another mail very politely requesting for a reply.

And that's it they replied by saying that they do not have time or resources to scan my forms.

If they dont have time for us why are they in this job in the first place as they are responsible for our application ,our requests and the process.

Dear you are asking for copy here London Visa Office have lost all original documents of my friend while shifting from Islamabad to London Visa office and they never care to reply even to him ........at last he got duplicates from concern board and universities ........

In all fairness, you lost the papers not them. I do not think they have time to do secretarial jobs for you. Their job is to process, not copying. I see no grounds for a complaint.
 
So after spending so much of money time and resources this is the service we are getting from CHCs?

It's a shame that they can not even be polite and give guidance to applicants who's careers life's and family's depend on their one decision or reply.
This is not a joke it's a serious issue.

People apply to immigrate not just for themselves but because they make program's like Fswp, investor,entrepreneur ,student and others to attract people from all over the world to come to their country because they need them to cater to the growing demand of professionals in their country and to get their money and use their skills.

They also need us!
 
Dear u can request complete file in the same way as requsting caips. There will b additional fee for this service. Just google n u will get companies providing this service. Visa office keep scan of whole file for their records.
