i got them this e-mail when i asked for their help & opinion

Thanks for your mail,, unfortunately all applications filed prior to 27th February, 2008 are to be processed under old system. We are not in a position to assist you for an employment, because certain occupations including yours, require provinical/territorial certification, and you as Medical Doctor has to clear Qualifying Exam of Canadian Medical Board before your start practice in Canada,, you have to be physically available here to do that.

We have several cases similar to yours, the best way we recommend that you should recall your application and we can assist you to file a fresh application under the new system, your application will be filed here with Citizenship & Immigration Canada, and we expect to receive approval and your file number in 60 days, then you are given 120 days to provide back documents, sooner you provide the documents, faster you get your visa, the whole process should not take more than 6 to 8 months to get your visas in hand, depending how you act providing the required documents.. Normally we charge US%2500.00 plus 5pc GST Canadian Government Tax for Immigration and Employment service, but since we are going to do only immigration processing, we will charge you US$1500.00 plus GST, payable in two installments.

Hi there,

This is a very funny email, why would person withdraw application and do it again if there is nothing different, on the one hand they say they cannot provide you job but they want you to withdraw.
Very wierd?

Well, dear if you filed before feb 08 or after does not matter if you think your file is complete and you qualify do not withdraw.
If you applied after and your noc is not under the list anymore, then you may want to withdraw and start afresh and you can do that yourself,

Your occupation is in the magic 38 that will be proccesed in one year,Yes you have to re-file so that your papers will be processed in Sydney N.S compared to the long line,You do not need a employer since you are in the magic 38

If you qualify under the new rules and the current waiting time at your visa office is longer than 2 years from now, I would suggest you withdraw the old application and reapply under the new system.

my wife is also a doctor & is included in the 38 list, can i make a new application under the name of my wife??
she is included in my old application
