E certificate

Hi everyone
I apply as group with my wife we taken the oath August 28 right after the ceremony we sent the form signed
I was able to download my e certificate on August 30 and as today on my tracker says application approve and closed
My wife still not able to download her e certificate and her tracker shows application in progress
She sent the form 3-4 times with different emails too
What should we do?

I just sent the form to that email hopefully works going crazy never ends
