Some people have had luck sending the Oath Form again from a different email.

I'm not sure. But I sent the form again from the same email today and was able to download the certificate an hour later. Not sure if this was a coincidence.

I am in the same boat. My oath was on 6 December Calgary Office. I sent the signed oath form on the same day and sent the copy. I also sent a follow-up yesterday from the same email id. I have travel plans and I was hoping that I get my certificate soon. But there's nothing yet.

If your oath was on December 6th, then today is 4th business day. Wait till tomorrow and it will be available.
