E-case Status Update to 'In Process' but CONFUSED!!!

I filed my FSW application in MaIrch 2008 at New Delhi. I am in the 38 list.
In March 2009, my application was transfered to the Nova Scotia office for initial eligibility review.
During all this while (almost 2 years) my e-case status showed "Application Received".
During this time, I submitted my IELTS score and also submitted an HRDC approved AEO to CIC Nova Scotia (in October 2009).

Today, 19 Jan 2010, my e-case status shows "In-process".

On clicking for details it reads "your application was transferred to the New Delhi office on March 2, 2009. The New Delhi office may contact you."

I am not sure what this means.
- Is the initial eligibility review done?
- When do I need to submit my complete documents to the visa office?
- Is the process different for AEO applications?
- The date is a concern because the date shown for the application transfer back to Delhi office is the same date that was given when my application was initially transferred from New Delhi to Nova Scotia last year!

I am confused and don't know what to expect next...

Hi Write2tg, don't see the reason why you have to be confused.Wait for the office in Delhi to request for your document.All application that have satisfied the eligibility criteria always read in process.If am wrong somebody corrects me.Mine reads in process since 2005.If there are discrepanies you will be written,keep your fingers cross.Do not send documents unless they are requested for pls.

I am in the FSW (post Feb 2008) applicants list. I also have submitted an AEO. I am confused because I haven't received any official email that the eligibility review has been completed. The date for the transfer also shows last year!

Therefore, I am wondering why does the status read 'In process'. Typically, FSW applications move to 'In Process' after the complete documents have been 'Received by Visa office' and the 'Visa Office has Completed Eligibility Review'. Since none of these steps/status was updated for my application - I am confused! However, the status has been updated on e-case today. So, I will wait to hear something from the New Delhi office in the next one week or so. I am hoping that it is an official email/letter from New Delhi to send my complete application.
