Just noticed I now cannot log in using e-case using our names / date of birth / receipt #. Before, no problems besides massive delays in any updates, etc. But now it's as if I nolonger have an account. This happened to another fellow applying at the singapore office as well.

Hmn, odd. I WAS able to log in successfully a couple of hours ago, so I'm not sure what's going on.

Some offices, I suspect, do their data uploads/transfers on the weekends, hence eCAS becomes unavailable for people trying to access information from those offices.

I highly recommend the eCAS tracker by matthewc. It saves me from obsessively checking it myself every day. Once in a great while, even though the tracker hasn't contacted me, I check to see if everything is hunky-dory, otherwise, I just leave it alone. That way I'm not panicking if anything changes or if I can't access it.

Yea I check it every morning and night. :P

There was also something posted on the CIC website about it being down this weekend sometime for maintenance again....I just logged in and was fine!!!

I am not able to see my status since saturday.
Always shows unable to verifie information even try with client number and receipt number

My line concerning 'In Process' of my hubby's PR application has also been missing since Saturday.

Like every other computer system, eCAS is subject to breakdowns, maintenance downtime, errors and crashes. Add to that the fact that CIC is still rolling out the GCMS, and expect that there are going to be times when it goes haywire.

If it doesn't work today, give it a few days and try again.

A watched pot never boils.
