How come u have not yet been issued visa, have u sent case specific enquiry as its been long overdue.

Hi Vishesh,

PNP's are basically if you have some one (friend or relative)in any of the provinces which has this program. I have a uncle who is in Manitoba. Through him I have filed my case got the approval from Manitoba, but it took me nearly 2 yrs to get this provincial nominee certificate,then its pretty much the same process as FSW cases, I would still say under the 38 occupation process its faster. I had a federal skilled application which I had filed in 2005, as those times the process was very slow,so I opted for PNP.

I am in mumbai.

I think CHC ND is changing their strategy like as the Coach of Spanish Football team, TWO Tuesdays gone but no any info of anyones's ECAS change frm ND visa office

Thanks Adi. What is your occupation/profession? I am asking this to consider it as a fallback option just in case my FSW-3 application is rejected by Buffalo Consulate.
