E cas status disappeared

Dear, i dont think the e-cas disappearance has anything to do with our case status, it is just a server access problem i assume, cause, billions of ppls non stop try to access hence it crashes sometimes, it comes back again in few days. BUT it never means that they are working on your file as some members try to portrait.

Rightfully said destination canada, If you look at the page after submission in the url its giving access exception, being in IT I can understand that its the problem in accessing the e-cas database which only cic can fix and it has nothing to do with updates.

i had received my second stage file no. on 4 february than status started appearing "IN PROCESS" after that on 3 May it changed to "

+1 on this. Can't access mine up to now, it's been almost 3 weeks!

very well said, if the ecas db is having a problem it should be for all not for selected one. maybe ecas system can plug as an exception those file number who the VO is currently working on to be inaccessible. appreciate inputs from seniors!!!!

Hi,
I cant access my ecase from the last 2 days, my status changed from RBVO to DM on 25th May,2012 and written inside was " A decision has been made against your case and a letter has been sent to u on 22nd may" but no letter received till date and when I checked last week it was again RBVO and the line that a "decision has been made was disappeared" and a letter has been sent on 25th May was mentioned there.

Just for update guyz...
I'm prejune applicant..
I got my ecas status back after one week but without showing my address and moreover my processing date also changed from march 2012 to june 2012..
Before i was thinking that maybe its system error...
I don't know what they are doing with our files...

This happens with quick few people. My processing date is also changed from Feb to March.

I personally believe that this happen to mostly Jun 2010 people. Who initially apply in June 2010.

I order CAIPS. when i will receive i will share and hope something make clear.
