E cas status disappeared

Anyone got any reply from CHC through CSE regarding this issue?Please Share.

I'm also going through the same problem.Against this sort of CSQ , as per my experience, SGVO normally does not reply. Wrote them twice for similar problem within last one year but didn't receive any answer.

So, I am egerly waiting to see others experience.

I checked my ECAS status...moments before...and was able to view my status details!!!(earlier I wasn't able to view the status for the past 5 days albeit I had given the correct credentials)...seems like a technical glitch and got solved today. Hope the same has 'resolved' for the others...who had similar problem like mine.

I checked today I could login back to my ecase and check my status its in Process but Address has disappeared....

Why the address has gone?? I still havent recived by waiting letter as mentioned by coolguy...

Any advice....

in the morning i was able to access the e cas. after a few hours, i was unable to

To my opinion it is not a glitch in most cases. I think they are working on our files. Somtimes when you have a BXXX number and changed to an EXXX or UCI which is mostly numbers you need one of thos new file numbers to acces... But right now address dissapearance or reappearance from my expirience is they are working on files and within one or two weeks many of us are going to receive news... Please be alert just in case because this and next month are key months for many ... I hope the best for everyone and God bless you all...

My status was In process with the details below:

We received your application for permanent residence on May x, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on October x, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the Singapore office. They are pending review.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March x, 2012.

Now, NO INFORMATION... I cannot check it :'(

Give it another week, and recheck ECAS status; as I said earlier, I wasnt able to check the ECAS status until today.

anyone who got DM/refusal after ecas disappearance?? I believe that something is being done with the files while ecas is inaccessible.
