Seems I'm unable to access the site this morning. Is anyone else having the same problems?

I'm in Cali and it finally is up and working. Well, if you consider seeing the same message daily working. :

CIC's central server is in Ottawa. Periodically they take down servers to change drives, load software etc.. and yes they do it during the day.. gov workers LOL
