e-Cas is active and I can access it for over a month now. Below is what is showing on my e-cas. However, I haven't received any mail or email AOR. Isn't AOR supposed to be mailed out before activating e-cas? Thoughts?

"We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on April 9, 2015.

We sent you a letter acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on April 29, 2015. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us."

Did you check your email's junk/spam folder to see if the AOR email is there?
Also, if you have the copy of your citizenship application, please check if the email address has been mentioned correctly.

Also, you may call cic call centre to see if they can resend the AOR by email. Please call them at 1-888-242-2100

As your e-cas is active, it means the application has been accepted. AOR email contains UCI# and Application# and general information about test and link to discover canada guide.

Have you checked your email ? AOR is an email when you provide an email on your form. Also, the UCI is already on your PRC and if your E-Cas is already active then it's useless to ask for one.

Yes, I have checked the spam/bulk folder and other folders. Also, the email address on the application is correct. I guess my next step is to call CIC but I will give them a few more weeks. is UCI# and Application# going to be needed down the road? If not, I will not sweat it as I have my e-Cas already.

UCI# is the Client ID that is printed at the front of the pr card in all numeric digits like this format: xxxx-xxxx
Once you receive test invite, it will have the application# printed on it.
You can call the call centre to re-send AOR or they can provide you with the application#.
