is it possible to tell which backgroudn check stage (IP1, NA IP2) you are from the IRCC automated telephone service?

Layla, 60-100 days is the average time for CEC-Inland. You are lucky that you got it in 100 days, My friends in CA are waiting for more than 120 days.

Hope you get a better job offer and cherish your new journey as PR of Canada. Now you can apply for Citizenship after staying in Canada for 1065 days(WP+PR+Temp) all are counted.

Thank you sentraj for your sweet words! I'm crossing my fingers for your friends too.
Yeah I've had some struggles during this transition since I first came here as a student but I'm getting almost there. I am not 100% relieved yet though until I do the landing.
As for citizenship, since my country doesn't allow dual citizenship, I will most likely stick to PR once I get it. I don't want to renounce my nationality.
Yet it'll still be a huge benefit as having a PR status, rather than being a temporary foreign worker here. :)

Have yourself a wonderful weekend.

Layla
