I just got a status update that I passed my medicals.
IRCC also sent me form IMM5475E to complete (because I had named a relative to access my application). On the form, I am asked to state the office where my application was submitted and the location of the office. I'm not too sure what to put in there. I'm I right to just say

Name of office: IRCC ?
Location: Canada?

I have received my PR with my wife.
AOR - 8th March 2017
Medical Passed - 4th April 2017
Background check - 5th April 2017
Proof of Marriage document/photos/chat/timeline requested - 29th May 2017
Passport request - 22nd June 2017

My lawyer is saying just wait for the call dont pay it now until get a request.he said its hardly gona make any difference.

I want to update ircc on my current situation as my child is born, i have changed my address and reisgned from my job and joined a new company(but visa in progress for new company). I am leaving to my home country i will be back in uae when company will send me new visa..

Wow thats a lot of info..thanks.,but in my case I actually don know for what but my status is under additional review required..which can be reference letters..my security is not started..

The additional review required will be recommended by the program analyst and is deferring to an agent to look at a specific issue. If you read the note in the GCMS, you will be able to know what the concern is.

I don have GCMS notes..if nothing happens in 2 weeks i might order as my status is same since May 4th..

I applied visitor visa extension on 9th June, but no response yet. Kindly advise how long it may take to complete the process ?
My visitor visa will expire on 28th june, already applied for PR, waiting for the PPR. CEC INLAND
How can i contact the CIC to know about the status of my visitor visa application?

I would really appreciate if anyone can help me on this topic.

This was exactly my case
Do not worry about your visitor visa because you will assume implied status once your current permit expires, since you applied before it expires

What happened in my case is that I renewed my visitor visa on 25th March just before I submitted my PR application, and requested for 6 months visistor visa renewal since that is the time they take to process PR.

I never got any reply from them regarding my visitor visa renewal. I waited for close to three months. But the day I got the golden email (PPR) is the same day they approved my visitor visa.

Sit back and relax. You have only one CIC account and the officers handling your case can see every application you have made, both PR and Visitor.
The most important thing is that you applied before your current permit expires
