Thanks
So can we directly ask for the status after connecting with them ....and wat is the suitable time to call them from India ?
Call during office hours M-F Canada time ET. They will let you know the status, but expect much.

I received my ITA in March 2017 and I got the AOR in March 2017 as well, I got married on the 21st of April and I informed CIC of my marriage, CIC asked for documents for my spouse but IELTS and ECA weren't asked for, is that normal since I got married after e-APR?

I received my COPR papers through the post yesterday.

I sent off my documents to Canada House in London last tuesday, so this was a very quick turnaround.

Next step is to fly to Canada before March 2018 for my landing!

Good day.
From your signature I can conclude that we are sharing pretty similar timeline on our road to PPR. I was wondering about delay of our "golden e-mails", is it common situation?
Hope that we are on our last days of waiting;)

A bit of yes & no.
NDVO is well-known for triggering PPR very fast (1-2 days after IP2 is common).
..recent trend is some FSW-O applicants have their PPR triggered by Ottawa VO
Any wait after IP2 for longer than 2 months without PPR likely indicates IRCC put aside our files for detailed Security Screening.

You mean cic is requesting an interview through phone?

No :(
I am from Pakistan and I have to travel to Abu Dhabi for In Person Interview :(
(further adding to immigration costs)
Normally interviews are called when there is some doubt about your file. So get all your documents ready. I saw some thread in the forum about interview questions. Go through it before you go. Sometimes it may be a random check.

I got the PPR email last night. Thanks all.God bless you all and May you all get the good news soon!

I have question though my daughter is a U.S citizen and the email says not to submit the passport if you are a U.S citizen,so should I just submit ours and not hers?
