AOR period is rather an easy filtering tool, and eAPR date is more precise date identifier for analysis, filtering and sorting purposes

Got an update today -

e-APR: March 7
AOR: March 17
Meds passed: March 28

I am under the CEC inland stream with LMIA and 2 dependents (spouse and child).

Hope background check wouldn't take too long but it's quite a relief as well to know that our application has been looked at already.

Can you please explain what you mean by AOR? isn't the confirmation pdf emailed to you right away once you upload all your documents and submit the application and pay the fee? I assumed that process was eAPR and AOR is sent right away?

Yup, you should receive the AOR right away after submitting and paying for your application. However, my application ran into some technical issues so my AOR was sent late.

How did you come to know about your med update? Did you get an email notification for the medical update? or by frequent login of CIC account?
