Hey all, did anyone manage to check the status of their application through the external CIC online link without logging in to their accounts? I received the AOR on March 24 but I keep getting the "we could not find your application" page. Is that normal?

Also, ca you please add me to the WhatsApp group?

That is only for paper based application. For EE you need to login to your cic account and check.

Background check: Your application is in progress. The next step is to conduct a background check.

is it the background check is already in process or they haven't started yet?
