If you have claimed those points already then there is no harm in keeping it there.
Don't remove it. Who knows after removing they might ask for it later on.

Hello, need an expert opinion from fellow members. I completed by bachelor degree in 2005 (beyond ten years from today) so do I have to mention it under personal history section? It was by default there as I have claimed points for it. Should I remove it as it is beyond ten years from today and I do not want it to unnecessarily trigger the need for a PCC from the place where I completed that education?

I am very confused with regards to my application I am March 23rd aor .if someone could take a few mins out and help me that would be great .

My situation is this. I got
Application - fsw inland.
aor -23rd March.
Medical done - 10 March
Additional medical required email received - 7 April
Additional medical completed - 11 August
System changes to medical passed -14 August

Application status - we are processing your application
Review of eligibility - we are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirement
Medical - you have passed the medical exam
Additional documents - we do not need additional documents
Biometrics -we do not need your finger prints. We will send a message if this changes
Interview - we do not need an interview. We will message if this changes
Background check - we are processing your background check.we will message if we need more information
Final decision - your application is in progress.we will send you a message once the final decision is made.

Also on 23rd may ( two months after aor) they sent me a letter asking for an additional document with a week. I uploaded on 29 May. Status changed from additional document required to additional document uploaded. Then it changed to additional document under review. Then on 10 June it changed to we do not need additional document .

I have not been monitoring the background info whether it changes or not since I had not been checking daily.as far as I remember my background status has been like this even before I cleared the meficals ten days ago . When do you think I could get the ppr and where I am ip1' ip2? Also Anyone who had to take additional medicals???

Hi ..I have exactly same dates and I am seeing the same thing as you have mentioned.Since the day I have submitted my file on March 24,2017.The only changes I am seeing since then is you jave passed your medical.I have called twice to IRCC.One time they jave just repeated what I am seeing online.Second time a month ago,a female rep.said we are processing your application and Background check is going on.and mine is Inland aswell

Dear all,

I am march 27 applicant. After IP 1 my status was NA for last 2 months. Today i have recieved request for additional documents alongside that its changed to IP again I believe its IP 2, right?

Does this mean i have passed eligibility?

Secondly, they have requested for documents of my newly born child which i already have uploaded in their portal 2 or 3 weeks ago. Y they are now asking to upload them in mycic account now?

Thirdly, they have written a statement that '' explanation for why you did not truthfully answer question about previous refused study permit to canada''.

I am 100% sure I ticked that question with yes stating that my study permit was refused in 2012 alongside that i have given my application reference num as well. It was not in detail actually. I remember in those days it was a problem with cic website it may be left untick because of that problem (may be).

Can anyone please advise what can be done now? What should be my reply to them?

Please advise.

I am very close to submit my LOE and confused on the other side as well what if they wont accept my explanation stating the technical issue in the website.. Can any please throw some light and give input on my situation above?

Hello Everyone - Got my GCMS notes yesterday. Everything looks clean. Below are my timelines as per GCMS:
- Medicals: Passed: 23-May'17 (Status in my GC key profile: Medical passed, BGC went to IP1)
- R10 and Program Assistant checks: Passed: 26-May'17 (BGC went from IP1 to NA)
- A11.2 (FSW MEC, CRS check & FSW Eligibility points): Passed on 13-Jul'17
- Application transferred to NDVO (New Delhi Visa Office) for Officer's review: 14-Jul'17, Reason: Workload Redistribution (Status in GC Key profile: Additional Documents: Went from 'Additional Docs are being reviewed' to 'We do not need additional documents')
- My BGC is still 'NA' as on today

Not sure why my application was transferred to NDVO even though there was no finding by the Case Analyst / Agent.

My status is exactly same as yours..
Medicals Passed: 23-May (BCG went to IP1)
R10 (23 / 29-May not sure)
BCG went to NA on 29-May
Application transferred to NDVO on 14-July
BCG is still NA
But not sure about A11.2

my case is similar to urs.my case was transferred to NDVO on 17 july ,the call center said my eligibilty and security hasnt started.do u know if ur eligibility and security has started???

Mine got transferred on 7thJune to NDVO
Status went from NA to Ip2 on 19 June
No movement since then

Thanks! I do hope it happens soon, the wait is quite painful! I'm on NA2 I believe because my BGC changed a couple of times over June from reviewing to NA to in progress and then to NA again. And I am March 6th applicant.

Add me to the mix as well. My AOR is April 1st and after analysis by case analyst my file got transferred to NDVO on 18th July. So, I am closing following ur movements @Ps_vp and @pats2177

My AOR is 19th July, guess my file got transferred to NDVO on 19th July. Schengen tourist visa rejected a couple of years back- can that be the cause of transfer to NDVO and hence the delay

My timeline is also similar to yours. AOR 28 March. Medical pass date : 30 May. Initial Review by Case analyst 13 July : Met, File Transferred to NDVO on 14 July. Since then no progress. What's your NOC. Did you have any previous visa refusal for any country or you working in regulated NOC. Some forums are of the opinion that applications with one of the these conditions get transferred to Local visa office.

Can you see a due date where file transfer details are given on GCMS notes?

You're spot on with your analysis. I had a UK Tourist visa rejection and I had submitted Schedule A upfront. Same has also been mentioned in my notes by Case Analyst. My review date as per GCMS notes was 16-Aug'17 but that is long gone and no movement yet. Can you also mention the link of that forum where this is mentioned, I would just like to have a look. Also, many apps were transferred to NDVO on 14-July as a batch transfer, its mentioned in my GCMS notes. Transfer Reason: Workload Redistribution, Batch Transfer.

I think all files are transferred to LVO for final review and decision for outland applicants.

Not all files. Many files are transferred to CPC Ottawa if they are clean with no visa rejection or regulated NOC, etc. These cases get PPR within 90 days. However, apps which are transferred to LVOs usually take 6 months or may be more

Yes, high chances this is the reason why your application was not processed straight through and has been sent to NDVO for further checks

Hey,

Whenever files are transferred to LVO, the Eligibility turns to 'Not Started' even though it was 'Met' before. I can see that in my gcms notes as well, my eligibility was cleared at CIO but when my application got transferred to NDVO, it changed to 'Not Started' coz LVOs do eligibility check again. My Security, however is still showing 'Not Started'. May be once the officer at NDVO clears my eligibility, he will initiate my security check which is not that long of a process to be honest

Even my BGC is still NA thats coz my Security is Not started yet. You get IP2 on BGC when your security check is initiated. I received my GCMS notes on 24-Aug'17 and I had ordered it exactly a month ago
