Finally hit IP2 after almost 2 months of waiting. It seems that the usual 3 - 7 day wait time has grown considerably longer over the past few days. Anyone know what the current average wait time between IP2 and PPR is?

Thanks Legalfalcon. Another of my FSWO friend from Ghana has his application being processed at CPC Ottawa (instead of his local visa office in Accra). He is currently on his 16th Day in IP2 (AOR Mar 2017). I've already advised him to order GCMS notes to get more information. Given the stats on the tracker (most Ottawa PPRs issued in < 15 days after IP2), do you think that it's highly probable that he is undergoing additional security screening? Over this week, I've seen Ottawa issuing PPR even to Apr & May applicant in less than 10 days in IP2.

This should be security check, but that is just based on status change in MyCIC. If your friend needs to be sure, they should order GCMS notes and see if their eligibility is Passed, which is the only conclusive way of knowing. To order notes, see:

hey guys,
I called CIC last Tuesday and they said my application is approved. It has been a week without any updated from myCIC. what should I do now?

Same situation, nothing to do but wait. I emailed them on June 21, and they confirmed on email that my application has been approved. Nothing after that.
So I called them about 10 days ago. The agent told my application has been approved, but pending the stage where they send out PPR email, and they could do nothing about it, till 6 months have passed.
