CIC is clearing CEC very fast. FSW outland is extremely slow. Almost all 2nd half of February applications have not yet cleared medical. Anyone noticed the same? Any idea?

The processing time for FSW outland apps depends on the LVO your application is sent to. Some LVOs are faster than others. (NDVO is pretty fast, based on what I've seen on here.)

It should not.

You can communicate: post-travel as to update your travel history.
