Duties match NOC 2174 while Designation matches NOC 2173

Hi guys, I have worked at 3 jobs with designations as Engineer, Software Engineer II and Software Development Engineer II which match NOC 2173, while the duties at all 3 jobs match 2174 more than 2173. Which NOC should I choose to base my application upon?

Job titles are irrelevant.

What is important is that the NOC you choose matches your duties and responsibilities.

2174 since matching of job duties by atleast 60 to 70% is very important. Job designation does not matter for NOC code.
