I'm from South Korea, usually Korean can stay in Canada without visa for 6 months.

My Canadian girlfriend and I will apply Sponsorship and PR with outland process in early November.
But now I'm staying in Canada with study permit and this is valid until December 1st.
Normally Korean takes 7 months processing time. And I'll probably get PR by July or early August next year.

So, after applying documents I'm planing to stay in Korea for 3 months.
But when I'm back to Canada, will it be easy to enter? of course it depends on my purpose of visiting, flying-back ticket etc.

What should I say to immigration officer at the airport? Should I say truth that I applied PR and it's in process?
And what if I get less than 6 months, can I extend visiting visa here in Canada?

1) Only the border official who processes you on arrival can say how easy your re-entry will be.

2) Bring copies of the documentation showing you made the application, such as the receipt and sponsor approval letter. Also have proof of funds available for your stay, along with your return ticket.

3) Always tell border officials the truth, the consequences for misrepresenting yourself are severe!

4) Yes, you may apply to extend your status 30 days before it expires.
