Get invited - about 2 weeks
Apply for PR - depends on you
Wait for PR - 3-9 months.

Depends on your score, nobody can tell you that for sure.
What Andy said, 485, will get you an ITA within two weeks, based on the current trends. Some of the people with scores below 400 have been waiting for more than a year and their profiles have probably expired by now. Who knows what will it be like by the time you're ready to submit.

Also note that the first stage (getting the WES (or any other authorized organisation) evalutaion) can take more time, depending on the WES requirements for your country. It took two months for me.

It is 1.5 to 2 years program. 1 year preparation and 1 year for PR. Even you manage to get ITA within few weeks, average time after ITA is 4-6 months. Then preparation for landing. All the best.
