which is the average time for apps already, processed, new apps will take longer.

nowadays its taking around 6 years from new delhi.......

i think it would take if there are no delays in ur application about 4 years
BACK GROUND checks are the slowest part since u live in newdelhi
other application in western countries will take about 2-3 years
