Duplicate Documents?

If I'm to understand the Application Guide correctly, both the Sponsor AND Application need to have separate filled out versions of these documents:

IMM 5406E Additional Family Information
IMM 5669E Schedule A - Background Declaration

Please correct me if I'm wrong or missing a document?

the forms you indicated need to be completed by the principal applicant (sponsored person) only.

Okay good, thank you for letting me know, definitely would've been a hassle having uneeded forms in my application.
