Duplicate copy of application forms!

Hi,
Can anyone help me and tell me how to get a duplicate copy of my FSW application forms as I have shifted from one country to another and lost all my paperwork that I had sent to Nova Scotia when I applied in dec 2010. CHC London,UK is where my application is being processed.

PLEASE GIVE ME ANY LINK OR WEBSITE WHERE I CAN SEE OR REQUEST A COPY OF MY FORMS or ENTIRE FILE .

I don't think it's possible to ask for a copy of your forms or entire file.

Actually you can. You request under the privacy Act (or authorize someone if you are outside Canada) You select under 4b Physical File, then Immigration File, Permanent Residence and note where the file was submitted.

I think you must wait, let CHC London come back to you.
that time you can tell that you've shiffted the country, and update your form. becuase now a days they are asking applicants to fill new form whoever applied in 2010 or before............

Drop an email to CIC at cio-sydney-search-enquiry@cic.gc.ca
inform them that during shifting you have lost your bag of documents.
They will guide you the procedure
