I have a similar problem. I have friend who is divested the son who has PR was charged with DUI he has not been convicted but awaiting trial it is still acharge only. His PR is expiring in a few months can it be renewed?

1. He also has other children in the states and they were planning to visit can her son travel with DUI charges,
2. Can he be allowed to cross the boarder into the USA
3. and does he need to disclose to the immigration officer he is being charged of DUI if it is okey to travel.
4. Will he ever apply for citizenship in Canada or this is a done deal.
5. Will he be deported if his PR is not renewed due to DUI charges. He is not American but from another Country.
6. If he highers a lawyer who is ideal immigration or one who deals with DUI charges,/ convictions My friend is so Confused and frustrated.

Like to know any update on ur below queries.
Looks like the original poster never stuck around, but I can probably answer most of these (with generic answers):

1. He also has other children in the states and they were planning to visit can her son travel with DUI charges,
DUI charges in Canada will affect admissibility to the US, and may also affect re-entry into Canada. Travelling with a pending case is not advised. (Canada in general treats DUIs as a more serious offence than most US states).
2. Can he be allowed to cross the boarder into the USA
Above answer applies.
3. and does he need to disclose to the immigration officer he is being charged of DUI if it is okey to travel.
Depending on the nature of entry, if requested this information must be provided. CBSA officers have access to your criminal record, and the US CBP also has access to Canadian criminal history as the US and Canada share different police records. They can find it if they wanted.
4. Will he ever apply for citizenship in Canada or this is a done deal.
A criminal record doesn't debar one completely from a path to citizenship, but there are rules in place that will make it longer to attain (charge has to be > 3 years after, cannot be probation, and parole/prison time cannot be counted as residency days, amongst other things).
5. Will he be deported if his PR is not renewed due to DUI charges. He is not American but from another Country.
Depending on the type of DUI conviction , you can lose your PR status and be deemed inadmissible to Canada and subject to removal.
6. If he highers a lawyer who is ideal immigration or one who deals with DUI charges,/ convictions My friend is so Confused and frustrated.
Any PR charged with any crime should consult a lawyer and let them know they are not a citizen as soon as possible. A [good] lawyer will advise of the seriousness of the charge, whether it can affect admissibility, and work with the crown to perhaps investigate a plea bargain to a less charge that would not be considered a serious offence.

Also, just don't drink and drive !
