Hi Everyone,
I have a family member who is currently a PR holder and will be applying for the citizenship soon. He also has a valid residency visa of dubai as he needs to travel there pretty often due to his work commitments. In the citizenship application, there is a question which asks weather you are currently a pr of another country and i am not completely sure what to answer there. In dubai you are always an expat and your residency is linked to your job so you are just a foriegn worker who needs to go back to his country when your job's done. This makes me think that he isn't a pr of dubai. Would appreciate any knowledgeable insight on this matter.
Thanks in advance

He probably is just working there on work visa. It's unheard of to be a PR of Dubai.

Permanent Residency is normally associated with developed countries such as Canada, USA, Europe, Australia, NZ, UK etc.
The middle eastern countries only issue work/job related visas to people.

He is a PR of Canada only.
