Dear Qorax and SATDXB and the rest of seniors

In the money declaration form, there are many parts for filling name, address and etc, labelled Part A (information on person on whose behalf currency or montary instruments are being transported or shipped), Part B (Information on entity.......), Part C (Information on importation or exportation), Part D (Information on person transporting or shipping currency or monatary instrument), Part E (Information about currency and montary instruments being inported or exported). I am a bit confused, which part to fill beside Part E. I want to declare money should i fill Part A or B or C or D. Waiting for your help.

Regards
Ameer

U don't require to use that form. What SatDxb said is right -- u'd receive the Declaration Card in the flight & u require only to tick that box.

Hi, i have personally stayed @ STUDIO 6, Mississauga, and it was good.

And if you get room available at SAFE HOME STAY, then do try them too.

1. Your file had been sent for Paper Screening, had an initial BF'D on 02/5/2011 - to be seen by a staff initialled "AVB".
2. This line has no work done - no codes reflected.
3. Your Immigration Category is FSW1.

BTW, u r in the initial stage of processing -- it's a long way to go -- if u had a PSDEC, it'd mean u have Xed the 1st stage of processing... unfortunately it doesn't seem so, yet.

First of all the fil status will be whatever it is if u change VO .. the only thing is it might add a little time ... also ....You may keep the VO as London however the problem will come when the PPR comes ...because from here u can courier the passport to london .. from India it is illegal to courrier the passport ... u may have to go to london to get it stamped ... which i would suggest to you .... u can still change ur mailing address ... and keep london as ur VO... and go to london for stamping ... but there is risk of not getting visa at that time .. so u might wanna weigh ur options .. also i would still request seniors to suggest o you ..

Hi, if you change ur VO at this stage, it might delay your PPR. And as suggested by member Dreamsofheart getting UK visa is not so easy if you are applying for first time. So better apply for UAE 3 months visit visa. And within that time frame, i hope your PPs will be backed with visa stamped. You can get 90 days visa from COZMOS TOURS in sharjah, they charge around 1450 Dhs, and keep a security deposit of AED 2,000 (refundable).

All the best.

Yes, he can try that if he has any friend or relative in UK. Just he has to send the PPs along with an AUTHORIZATION LETTER. Within 2 weeks, he will get the VISAS stamped.

Hi Seniors,
My visa office is London. Medical done early Sept2010, which is going to expire in exact 2.5 months from now. During Feb2011 they asked for passport copy and background declaration forms to fill again, during May2011 they asked for updated police certificates, which were sent on 23May.
Is it likely that they ask for passport (visa purpose) before medical expiry. Do they watch medical expiry or its a norm that Medical expires without notice? :(
Regards,
toCA

toca,
it is possible. my medical/visa is expiring end of july and they sent me ppr beginning of june asking me if i was willing to land before my visa expires. i think they do watch the cases with soon to expire medicals and then contact applicants accordingly. just be positive and get ready. do not resign from your job until you have your visa in your hands but you can start searching for apartments, schools, airplane tickets, etc. good luck buddy!

Nowadays, Medical requests are comming for people getting their 2nd AOR in April/May 2010. For the applicants of June to Sept 2010, status have turned to IN PROCESS with some having the timeline other same details of RBVO.

I got my 2nd AOR in Sept 2010. My case is IN PROCESS with RBVO?

Anybody from July/August 2010, got MR recently???
