I am new to this, I found it very helpful and supportive.
My details:

I applied thru consultant in Sharajah in Dec 2006 when I was working there and I moved to Saudi Arabia since Sep. 2008, but still my consultant in Sharjah is taking care of my case.

Since May 2007 my Ecase showing In Process with additional line showing that :we started processing your application on May 10, 2007
June 2010 medical request
22 July 2010 medical done
Aril 16, 2011 PPR
April 21, 2011 passport received by CHC in London
and I am waiting for God HELP.

Question: any one send his passport within this time and recieve it back....Any one can help how long it takes to get my passport back

Thanks Asp, This is a great push. That means they recieved your passport on 11 -04-2011 and no reply yet. Most likely in its way to you. It is nearly 34 days. Wish you all the best Buddy

As far as I know, I need to pay CAD 1,250 (for me, my wife and 1 year old son 550+550+150). Other fees can be paid later when requested, right?
Anything else I need to pay for with the submission of the application?

That's about it - nothing else.
The RPRF can be paid later, during the meds. CHC'd ask for it.

i just want to know how will i receive my medical request if in case london has sent it already?
i have a personal po box and i used the same as my mailing address in my application.
will it go straight to my po box or do i need to get it to the main post office?

Med Forms would be received thru regular post - in your mail-box, usually.

Do you think it's better to use personal P.O. Box as the mailing address rather than physicial street address? Is this the address I need to print in 2 and include with the app?

For 'postal services' in the UAE - there's no other address possible except the PO Box ones.
